Other Tips
These tip might make you a better palyer; or worse? Who's to say?

While you should play games in any way you enjoy, here are some tips that might help you survive, and potentially win. First and most importantly is getting used to using throwables like stun grenades and smokes. Most people recommend to carry at least 2 smokes and a stun, or just 3 smokes. Throwables allow you to get “cover” in wide open areas, or push into enemies that are rooted to a building. They can give you an advantage or help you recover from bad positioning. Speaking of bad positioning, do not do it. Having the high ground can make or break games, it allows you to prevent pushes to your location while simultaneously making yourself smaller for the enemies to find or hit. Speaking of hits, shoot more. Shooting more not only gives you more chances to damage your enemies, but also allows you to get more comfortable with the weapons that you find. Since PUBG is a battle royal, you might not find your favorite or best guns, so being adaptable is important. Healing items are also not as important as you think, they take up a good amount of space, but if you end up dying to a lack of cover, bad positioning, or poor gunplay, they are only going to help the people that eliminated you win. Something else to look out for is players dropping from the plane that have been respawned later in the match. Not only can they drop on you and catch you by surpise, it also brings another player (back) into the game that you have to eliminate. Plane sounds below for reference.
Though cars are helpful and surprisingly durable, do not be overconfident when driving, well placed shots from the enemy, or even just nicking a corner at high speeds can deal lots of damage, or outright eliminate you. Timing is also very important, learning when to not greed for more loot at the location you dropped or overextending into the circle to loot players that you eliminated can help prevent you from being in extremely poor positioning. On the other hand, if you are in a good position you can easily eliminate other teams that are stuck in the circle, as they have to decide whether to fight back or to keep running to stop taking tick damage from being in the circle. To round the tips out, having fun is most definitely the most important tip for any game. I am not just saying this to say it, playing while upset or angry makes you play worse. It is common to make more stupid mistakes and decisions whenever you are angry, that is why some other teams may choose to plink (shoot) at you from a far distance. Their goal is to annoy you and make you want to push them, while they play in a good position and just have to defend where they are. If you would like to watch someone play and have fun I reccommend Northern Lion, as he mainly plays games for fun.
